How GPUX keeps phone checks offline-first

GPUX is built so readings and results stay local unless you start a feature or choose Android sharing.

GPUX feature graphic showing the Android toolkit

GPUX is designed for local phone checks. The current app does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not use advertising identifiers.

Permissions happen at the point of use

Camera is used for torch and camera checks, microphone for audio checks, location for optional Qibla or GPS speedometer, and notifications for the optional quiet monitor. You can deny permissions, and GPUX explains what is unavailable.

Network use is optional and limited

The optional network speed tool runs when you start it. GPUX may refresh a public retail-name catalog so marketing names stay current. This is not an upload of your device report.

Sharing is your action

GPUX does not run background uploads of diagnostics. Reports leave the phone only when you choose Share and select a destination in Android.
