GPUX Privacy Policy

Information processed on the device

When you use the app, GPUX may read device and system information available through Android, including model and build details, CPU and GPU information, memory, storage, battery and thermal values, camera and sensor capabilities, connectivity status, and results from tests you run.

Recent benchmark history, inspection marks, and other app results may be stored locally on the phone. Some tools process live values only while open: compass orientation, optional location, microphone level, and monitor status. GPUX does not need contacts, SMS, call logs, or photos.

Battery and diagnostic data

Battery design capacity, current full-charge capacity, charge counter, and cycle count are shown only when reported or reasonably readable from the device. A capacity percentage is derived from reported design and full-charge values; it is an estimate, not a laboratory certification. Missing values are not replaced with guesses.

Permissions

GPUX requests permissions only when a feature needs them, subject to Android and manufacturer behavior. Camera supports the flashlight and Inspect camera step. Microphone supports audio checks and the relative sound meter. Location supports optional Qibla and GPS speedometer. Notifications and foreground service support the optional quiet monitor while you start and leave it enabled.

You can deny or later revoke permissions in Android Settings. A feature that needs a denied permission will explain the limitation or offer a settings path; the rest of the app remains usable.

Network and sharing

GPUX does not upload device reports, inspection marks, or benchmark scores to a GPUX server.

Optional network use includes the Utils Net speed check you start yourself, optional retail-name catalog refresh from a public CDN mirror, and Android's share sheet when you choose to send a report to another app or service.

The website host may process standard technical request data such as an IP address and browser user agent in server logs according to its hosting policy. GPUX does not add advertising or analytics tracking to this content pack.

Local storage and deletion

GPUX results are stored locally and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app, subject to Android backup settings you control. Shared copies sent to another app must be deleted from that destination separately.

Children

GPUX is a general-purpose tools app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
